Exchange & Return Policy

While we do not offer returns or cancellations once an order is shipped, we understand that rare issues such as product damage or defects may occur. To address such cases, please review the following policy:


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we sincerely apologize. Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To qualify for a return or exchange in such cases, it is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video must:

  • Show the parcel unopened

  • Clearly capture the issue upon opening

📩 This video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Contacting Support

Reach out to our support team within 24 hours via:

Include:

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • The unboxing video


4. Claim Review & Exchange Process

Our team will assess your claim based on the video and provided information. If your claim is approved:

  • We’ll guide you through the exchange process

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement or alternate resolution


5. Return Shipping

If approved, return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by Swish Affair. We’ll provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.


6. Replacements Only

We provide replacements for damaged or defective items. Refunds are not issued unless deemed necessary under special circumstances. 

Replacement/exchange product will be delivered in 5 working days.
Refund once approved the amount will get credited in your account within 5 working days.


7. Non-Eligible Items

We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products showing wear and tear from regular use

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Products priced below ₹350, unless they arrive damaged in transit


8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that:

  • Lacks proper documentation (like an unboxing video)

  • Shows signs of misuse or tampering

  • Appears to be abusive or fraudulent in nature


9. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

  • The unboxing video is clear and taken immediately upon opening

  • Any issues are reported within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to follow these conditions may lead to claim ineligibility.
